South East Water has chosen Xcellerate IT, a leading provider of software solutions for information capture, to streamline and automate the processing of supplier invoices integrated with TechnologyOne Financials.
Sydney, 13 October 2010 – Xcellerate IT has secured an Information Capture tender order for the Victorian utility company South East Water to automate supplier invoice capture in Account Payable (AP) department.
South East Water is a leading provider of water, recycled water, sewerage, trade waste and water saving products for residents and businesses in the south east region of Melbourne. South East Water provides its core services to over 1.5 million people.
Xcellerate IT has worked in partnership with TechnologyOne providing the winning bid for a new financial system with Information Capture featuring as a key requirement of the tender. Under the terms of the agreement, Xcellerate IT will compliment the investment in TechnologyOne Financials to help streamline the AP department with the implementation of the capture and automation of 15,000 supplier invoices per year.
