The courses aim to provide each attendee with a comprehensive understanding of the solution in place. According to the level of the training package, the courses enable the attendees to master all major functionalities, increase the overall accuracy of the data being collected, maximise the technology possibility as well as set up and/or implement basic projects autonomously.
Training as a project phase
Implementation and training are carried out by the same consultant who developed the scanning solution. Administrator training is best carried out by way of knowledge transfer during the system configuration. User training sessions can be either theoretical or hands-on (the latter being recommended by Xcellerate IT). Manuals are provided for both administrator and user training. Xcellerate IT tailors manuals to the exact setup / configuration / procedures being used at the customer’s site.
